I’m Joy Ogunpolu, an Application Analyst with a strong foundation in system performance, data analysis, and application support—driven by a passion for solving complex problems and improving digital experiences. I recently earned my Master’s degree Majoring in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Kent State University, where I deepened my understanding of how people interact with technology and how systems can be designed to better serve them.
My work sits at the intersection of data-driven application support and visually compelling front-end design. I’ve worked extensively with tools like SQL, SolarWinds DPA, Power BI, and SSRS to analyze system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive operational improvements. At the same time, I’ve developed responsive, accessible interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Figma—ensuring that what happens behind the scenes is just as seamless as what the user sees.
From optimizing SQL queries to conducting usability testing, from managing release cycles to designing visual workflows, I bring a full-spectrum perspective to every product I work on. I thrive in collaborative environments where solving problems means balancing technical precision with empathy for the user.
